Booking a stay with Acellyne's Suites is simple. Follow these five easy steps to check availability and confirm your reservation:

Browse our Properties page and pick the unit that fits your travel dates, group size, and preferred location.
Check Availability
Search your preferred dates on Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, or Trip.com to see live availability and rates for the property.
Book Directly on the Platform
Complete your reservation and payment securely through your chosen booking platform.
Get Your Check-In Details
Once your booking is confirmed, we'll send check-in instructions, directions, and house rules ahead of your stay.
Enjoy Your Stay
Relax and enjoy your glorious moments! Our team is on hand for any questions during your visit.

House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please follow these house rules:

No smoking inside the property. (Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.)
No parties or unauthorized guests.
Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Please dispose of trash properly.
Failure to comply may result in penalties or cancellation of your stay.

Check-in Instructions

Check-in Time: 14:00H onwards

Regarding early check-in, it is contingent upon whether we have a departing guest on your check-in date who is scheduled to check out at 12 noon. Early check-in is permitted if there are no departing guests on your check-in date.

How to Access the Property

Self Check-In:

Swipe down the front panel to light up the keypad, then type in your code:
The Digital lock code will be sent to you a day before your check-in. Please review our messages with your booking application or email before your scheduled check-in.
Important:

As most of our properties are condominiums, the receptionist or guard will require an approved copy of authorization from the administration before check-in. Kindly send an email to bookings@acellynesuites.com, and we will be happy to forward a copy of your approved authorization, check-in details, and instructions. Parking:

Should you require parking during your stay, kindly inform us in advance. Subject to availability, a nominal fee of Php 350 - 600 for every 22 hours will be applied and is payable upon check-in.
