Regarding early check-in, it is contingent upon whether we have a departing guest on your check-in date who is scheduled to check out at 12 noon. Early check-in is permitted if there are no departing guests on your check-in date.

How to Access the Property

Self Check-In:  

• Swipe down the front panel to light up the keypad, then type in your code:

• The Digital lock code will be sent to you a day before your check-in. Please review our messages with your booking application or email before your scheduled check-in. 

• Important:

 As most of our properties are condominiums, the receptionist or guard will require an approved copy of authorization from the administration before check-in. Kindly send an email to  bookings@acellynesuites.com, and we will be happy to forward a copy of your approved authorization, check-in details, and instructions. Parking: 

Should you require parking during your stay, kindly inform us in advance. Subject to availability, a nominal fee of Php 350 - 600  for every 22 hours will be applied and is payable upon check-in. What to Expect Upon Arrival:

Fresh linens, towels, and basic amenities are provided.

Please inspect the property upon arrival and report any issues.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please follow these house rules:

• No smoking inside the property. (Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.)

• No parties or unauthorized guests.

• Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM.

• Pets: Pets are not allowed.

• Please dispose of trash properly.

• Failure to comply may result in penalties or cancellation of your stay.
